In Ground Pool winterization is not as easy as an above ground pool would be, so no instructions are available here. It is a good idea to have a professional pool company close your pool the first time so you can watch and see how the lines are blown out, and antifreeze is added. There are a few specialty items, like a high powered blower, that some homeowners do not have on hand that must be used to close a pool. It is very important that winterization be done properly so your shallow plumbing lines do not freeze and break. It can be very costly to fix freeze damage under the ground.
